Here's my favorite breakfast recipe.
Into a large bowl-
1/2 cup of mixed oatmeal (I mix stone-ground and Scottish oatmeal together.)
1 cup water, and
2 large eggs.
Pop that into the microwave for 3:45 min at high.
Then mix in alittle 2%milk and a handfull of blueberries.
Its great with coffee and a protein drink.
