I've just started the zone diet and would like some feedback on the blocks I should consume a day.

I figured my bodyfat at 5-6%, I'm 160 lbs (45 yro), 30.5 inch waist at my navel and 6 7/8 wrist. I figure I have 150#'s of lean mass. I do crossfit WOD's plus 4 or more hours of BJJ a week. I figure I need 21 blocks a day and I should break that into 4, 4 block meals and 2-3 2 block snacks.

Does this sound right?
