Clean DL+Clean 2 in from floor+Hang Clean
So I do still exist for the Threaders who are still kicking around here.
I'm officially back on bar, plus side about taking time away was I'm taking care of some things in my personal life that needed attending to, downside is I hadn't lifted a barbell since about mid Nov.
