Acheiving a Bar Muscle Up on the Autism Spectrum
I have just acheived the Bar Muscle Up. I know you all have seen these type of posts before, but I have post this video because of the recent Crossfit involvement in Autism Awareness, with such events as "Lift Up Luke." I am an Asperger's Syndrome man and I hope that this video will inspire not just other Aspies but those in the CrossFit community who work with Autism. Thank You for all your support.

Re: Acheiving a Bar Muscle Up on the Autism Spectrum
Nicely done. Keep being an outspoken self-advocate. Too often us neurotypicals don't respect the value, dignity, and uniqueness of all individuals. Keep it up the hard work!
