Keep your hips under you. Thats how you do it unless your powerlifting. That was a very nice squat.

Are you sure this is accurate? This sounds like you are describing a low bar squat, a high bar is not "sitting back", but rather sitting down.

Typically HBBS is more straight down and LBBS is hips back. For most people, and maybe/hopefullyGlen can correct/confirm me on this, even on HBBS you'll start with your hips back first, but for HBBS its just how you begin the movement, whereas in LBBS you'll really keep pushing them back.
