Hello everyone, I just started Crossfit, and have a question. What is an exercise alternative for muscle-ups...if there is one. My gym doesn't have rings

I think the general substitute is 3 dips and 3 pullups == 1 muscle-up. Some say 4 and 4.

I think it's 4 and 4 on a bar, 3 and 3 on rings.
