There is an article in the Jan 06 issue of Men's Journal entitled "Back to Basics: The 6 Exercises You Really Need".
Has anyone else seen this article? If so, I would like to get some feedback on what you think about the article. |

Hi Bryan,
I saw the article and asked the same question a few days ago on this site. I liked the article quite a bit. Hard to argue with the selected exercises as they make up the great majority of crossfit strength training. I know we don't do the cable cross-body thing, but we do similar exercises in KB/DB swings & slam ball. |
