Any local folks willing to help a newbie out? Looking for a training partner to help me out with technique and proper form.

I'm out of Louisville, but I'm down there at least once a month. What are you wanting to work on? I may or may not be able to help, depending on what it is.

Hey Barry. Just looking for a work our partner that can help out with with workouts and to help push me. I'm very motivated but it's always fun to have someone to compete with. :-)

I like to go at my own pace, but if you'd like to knock out one of the untimed weight type workouts together, just let me know. I'll be down there this Thursday. I have 10 and 12 o'clock appt's. If you have a day job, that probably won't work, but let me know if that would be of interest.
