It's a group of women doing something similar to yoga... Only in this particular stretch, they are "releasing the tightness in their glutes." I'm really not sure how to explain it. They're clothed, but it's still really awkward, so I'm not sure I'd call it safe. I didn't find it funny at all, like Jason... I thought it was sort of disturbing.
