Still training 6 days a week, just trying not to run my training around logging. 5 min amrap: 40 Cals bike.. then amrap: 12 Deadlifts 102k 12 Burpee box jumps - 1 plus 17 rest 5 mins 5 min amrap: 30 Cals bike.. then amrap: 9 Deadlifts 125k 9 burpee box jumps - 2 plus 3 rest 5 mins 5 min amrap: 20 Cals bike - then amrap: 6 Deadlifts 143k 6 Burpee box jumps - 3 plus 3 All rounds completed touch and go unbroken. 3 x 1000m Row, 3 mins rest between 250m - 1:54 pace 250m - 1:44 pace 250m - 1:54 pace 250m - 1:39 pace 3R: 15 GHD sit ups 15 paused Hip ext 15 Weighted sit ups 15 Band pull aparts |

Max HSPU in 1 minute - 29 (26/3) Max TTB in 1 minute - 38 (30/6/2) Strict HSPU - 7 sets 7 reps Metcon test run 1RFT 20 Cals 20 Box step ups 20 Wall balls - 2.06 - this is 3 rounds but just testing it's potential. In 5 minutes: 7 rounds of The Chief at 52k, remainder max cals Assault Bike - 36 cals rest 5 mins In 5 minutes: 6 rounds of The Chief at 60, remainder max cals Assulat Bike - 36 cals rest 5 mins In 5 minutes: 5 rounds of The Chief at 70k, remainder max cals Assault bike - 41 cals That was disguesting. Chief is 3 power cleans, 6 push ups, 9 air squats |

Started to hit the rainhill seedings today. Need to do well as I'm against 35+ on this competition. 1 minute max toes to bar - 40 (30/5/5) - grip 3RFT: 20 Cals row 20 Box step ups 20 Wall Balls - 6.46 Sub 7 was the goal. Unbroken. The Open Test 20 minute amrap: 50 Wall Balls 50 Doubles 40 Box jumps 40 Toes to bar 30 C2B 30 Bar face burpees 20 Power Clean 65k 20 Push jerk 65k 10 Power Snatch 65k 10 Muscle ups - 1 plus 26 PB One rep PB, didn't know until i just checked my log. Really ****ed around on the 10 snatches, even lost one out of my hands. |
