Front Squats 60k x 5 70k x 5 80k x 5 90k x 5 All easy sets as throwdown WOD followed. For time (partition however you like): 75 Pull ups 75 Thrusters 35k 75 Laberal Burpees - 14.42 Totally awful workout, was in a very bad place at the end, almost wanted to roll into a ditch and just moan. Thats my worst of the 3 done and right now 'There Aint gonna be no rematch'! |

I had the same exact feeling Scott i just wanted to curl into a ball! Which part did you find the hardest? I hated the burpees and suprisingly didn't mind the thrusters

I went Thruster, pull ups, burpees.
I watched Lee do his before mine 25-20-15-10-5 and he looked like he was dying. I knew it was going to be a gut check then. His time is quick 10.43 When are you doing WOD 2? |

That's a nasty little burner mate!!! I may do that one today. I'm thinking of breaking everything into 15s. So 5 rounds of 15 of all the movements.
