HSPU and ear ringing
Have any of you experienced brutal ear ringing after HSPU? I had it pretty bad for a day and a half and today when I went to do some as soon as I got into the HS it started. I did 2 and stopped becuase I didn't want it coming back. Anyone else have this happen? I guess I'll be cutting them out of my warm up for a few days. (BTW it stated after a workout of heavy squats and then "Diane". Before this I never had trouble.)

Re: HSPU and ear ringing
The medical term for ringing in the ears is called tinnitus. Do a google search for it and read up on it.
Most likely the position changes of HSPU are setting up your inner ear for turbulence and causing the sensation. I'd suggest avoiding it, if you are sensitive to it, you could develop vertigo, which is even more unpleasant than tinnitus. Substitute presses for now! Susie |
