I just finished the WoD with 400m running (although I subbed rope skipping) + pullups + HSPU. 21,15,9 for the pullups and HSPU.
After my set of 15 HSPU, my right ear felt about like I was on an airplane with an air pressure change. Swallowing made it almost go away for the rest of the workout. Now, after the workout, I still have that "needing to swallow" feeling and feel a very slight dizzy sensation. Has anybody else had this issue? Any ideas as to the cause? Thanks in advance. DBD |
