Hey Rogue....

When are you guys releasing your new style plates in KGs and you gonna have change plates to go with them?

http://www.roguefitness.com/contact-us/ (wfs) or they even have live chat on their site. Much easier and faster than waiting for a response on here.

I don't know about the KG comp plates timeframe, but I heard they won't be releasing those color change plates b/c they were so costly to manufacture. That was a few months back, though.. maybe they've changed their tune.

I bought the new Rogue comp plates (in lbs.) and they are a big improvement over the "older" color comp plates they had. The matte finish, lip on the outer edge, and raised letters make them much nicer to handle than the old ones.

I have the Pendlay Elites, which are the same as the older Rogues and I wish Rogue had the new style when I bought them. They look much nicer.

Re: Hey Rogue....

Cooper

I just got back from California, sorry for taking so long to respond.

We have friction plates and standard change plates getting approved now. Also working on molds for US made change plates.

The ones we have used in the games are laser cut from AR500, powder coated and printed so they cost a ton. My concern has always been that they will be too expensive and the print would wear, that is why we never released them.

Thanks

Bill

Re: Hey Rogue....

Thanks Bill.

Am I hallucinating or did Spealler post an IG pic recently with your new plates in KGs? I am getting ready to drop the $$ for KGs. My Rogue HG bumpers are just fine but LBs make me mad. I am leaning towards a full training set from Werksan. I don't "need" the bar as but I really like lifting on the Werksan and if I am vomiting money for discs and change whats another 8 or 900 bucks?

Yeap, those were the approval plates. They are in the works, should hit in January.

Re: Hey Rogue....

Hey Bill,
Any chance of releasing a colored bumper in your new Echo plate or any bumper by chance? I would love some colored plates but dont have a ton of cash to go buy all new comp plates just to have some colors. Just curious. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Re: Hey Rogue....

Hey Bill,
Any update on the change plates? Just bought a set of comp plates and looking forward to a matching set of lb change plates.

Re: Hey Rogue....

I inquired about this as well. I love lifting in KG, would love to step up to a colored set (have black elites and metal change). The new Rogue Oly bar in chrome with center knurl plus all this may yet sway me away an Eleiko or Werksan bar.

Likely end up with three full sets by the time it is all said and done. Hahaha
