Squat Snatch - 12-26-12

Here's my recent snatch from today. I've been trying to sit in the bottom to gather my balance and then stand up, since the squat portion is not the limiting factor. Sitting in the bottom it looks very shaky, just took a little bit hang out and gather my composure.
Any pointers

STAY OFF THE TOES! Stay back on the heels through your pull. You have a pretty decent pull but you shift a lot of your weight to the toes way to early in the pull.

Re: Squat Snatch - 12-26-12

After rewatching the video, I definitely notice me getting on my toes. It seems the pull is easy, and the squat is easy, but the catch is very hit or miss. It seems the only time my catch is solid is after tons of work, if I do a long snatch workout the more tired I get the more stable my catch seems......

You didn't finish the pull. Hip extension was a little short and you snuck under the bar. If you finish the extension the bar will not only have more acceleration but it will be further back. As it was you scooted forward a bit at the landing.
