I apologize for the bad illumination and video quality.

Andres,

I attempted to watch the videos but I found it very hard to critique any of the lifts due picture quality and illumination.

Andres,
the only exercises that i could really see was the push press, and bench press..

Push Press: ok, so i only saw a couple of things that i would work on... For one, at the top of the movement it seems that your body isnt lined up with weight. If you take a close look, your arms, wrist and weights are farther back than your shoulders and spine. At the top of the moevement, you should be able to draw a line straight up from your head and it should go through the bar. Everything should be lined up straight which will take less stress off of your rotator cuff and posterior shoulders..

The last thing i saw which goes for not only the press but as well as the bench. At the top of the movement try not locking out your elbows. This puts a lot of stress on your elbows which can cause some long term damage. Instead go all the way to the top but dont lock out...

Just me two cents...
