Re: Warrior dash

I did the Mountain City run last year with my wife and had a great time! We plan on doing one of the Spring races this year. Vibrams work well if you have them.

I'll be going to school in Boca (FAU), and I haven't decided where I'll be living yet (I want something semi close to the beach in a location that doesn't force me to fight horrible traffic to get to school). So if you ever hear of a competition like these feel free to message me. I sent a friend request to a Jason Panicaro on Facebook, and I'm hoping its you.

Re: Warrior dash

Sorry for the off-topic post everyone. I was going to make a new thread for the Florida warrior dash but decided here is just as good. Maybe we can get a list together of everyone attending the warrior dash in florida at the end of this month and have a get together afterwards like Karl was talking about.

Re: Warrior dash

Two of my co-workers are trying to talk me into the Warrior Dash in Houston coming up in March. Both are pretty much out-of-shape and one is just one year out from almost dying from the H1N1 virus. They are using the race as motivation to become more active. I think it's a tall order to go from not training for anything to competing in this seemingly grueling race on such short notice. I want to compete, but I think it's wise to wait until next year...

Good luck to everyone who's participating this year!
