Beef Jerky Recipe's

Does anyone have a paleo beef jerky recipe laying around?

I did a broad search on the board but didn't find anything with any detail.

I do have a dehydrator as well so that make it a little easier, just need something with directions and spicing/marinade information.

Most of the time I just salt the meat before putting it in the dehydrator. It tastes delicious to me that way.

Totally plain is totally delicious especially if you get a meat that's a little gamey or stronger-flavored like elk, deer, or the heart.

That sounds ok!

I would like a little more flavorful marinade though.

I liked the one Renee posted but it's got to much salt in it! I'm on the 30 day change your life plan and can have no extra salt!

Here's another option you can look at:
http://www.paleofood.com/jerky.htm (SFW)

In fact, there's many other recipes at that site.. Check it out.
