Talking My (Cross)fit

For anyone who is new to Crossfit and is getting their *** handed to them day after day, please visit my BLOG and look back through my posts. I have been at CF for around 16 weeks and still feel weak, inept and incompetent. This will hopefully give you comfort and some perspective. Crossfit...if it was easy, everyone would do it. That is obviously not the case.
