CrossFit Baseline

Here I go. Just began the CrossFit program today. Decided to do both the Baseline test and the "Helen" workout. I can't help myself, but to jump in both feet. Here is my Baseline test:
Substituted 50 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls for the 500m row as recommended.
Did all else the same: 40 Squats, 30 situps, 20 pushups & 10 pullups. Was VERY pleased with my time of 2:57!!!!
