Re: Why Didn't I Start A Log Earlier? Greg Fischers Log in Fort Worth

I'm back. I have had a wild year and a half and I am back posting this blog to be accountable for myself. I am 195ish, not strong, and am in need of a change. I can't belief I am at it again.

Anyway, my goal is to achieve a weight around 180lbs and a body fat percentage of at least 15%. I have already revamped the diet to include a very paleo type approach to eating. I sleep decently, but not perfect. I've done this before and I am ready to hunker down. This is going to be a big change for me because this time I really really have to make a huge lifestyle change and stick to it for good. It's important to me to be healthy and fit and I am commited. I will be doing all workouts at either the base gym or my house. I can not commit to the Crossfit gym with my schedule until the summer! argghhhhhhhh!!!! 3.......2......1

And so begins my log.

I am back again. Have had a very crazy year and half and I am not fit right now. 195 lbs, no strength. I fixed my diet 2 weeks ago and I am comfortable with the almost 100% paleo approach. I cant believe this. Anyway, I am totally committed and I am being accountable to myself by maintaining my log here. 3.....2.........1.

Crap

I actually never started back up. I feel horrible about this. Tucker - I am on my way to GSX Monday and I will be a regular. I would like to get on and stay on the wagon so to speak.

Geesh, I am so mad at myself!

Front Squat Find your 1RM - 155lbs

Then..

4 Rounds

8x Power Cleans (135/95) - used 95 lbs

6x Push Press (135/95) - used 95 lbs

400 meter Run (subbed 500m rows, inflamed knee)

13:15

The 3rd and 4th rounds were killer, Im sure it will take a while to get the endurance built up again
