I am from central Indiana and I am looking for a good BJJ or MMA school in that area. I have backround in Muay Thai and BJJ so I do have experence. While Muay Thai was fun and I love it, I always feel more comfortable on the ground. So with that said I would be looking for an MMA school that was heavier on the BJJ side or even a straight BJJ school, but I would be open to a stand up heavy school if it was an awesome school. Please let me know of some good schools that are out there

I've competed against, talked with, and observed McVicker's students in various competitions. Top notch people and great competitors.

Christopher--

There are many good schools in Indiana...

www.indianapolisjiujitsu.com (North Side of Indianapolis)
www.ibjja.com(Soutwest side of Indianapolis)
www.jackmcvicker.com(Terre Haute Area)
www.totaljj.com(Warsaw)

All of the above are links to BJJ/MMA school websites and are WFS.

Re: BJJ and MMA schools in Indiana

i'd just like to point out that Jason is "The Man" at TotalJJ in warsaw. I think it's incredibly cool of him that, a.) he didn't mention that, and b.) he listed totaljj last on his list. I've never been to totaljj, (i live in fort wayne) but have heard great things about it. i might just have to check it out if everyone there is as humble as jason.

Jason is a friend of mine, do yourself a favor and stop in and see him. Doesn't matter how far away you live.....it will be worth the drive!!!
