just an idea i had today after getting home from the gym. inspired by the concept 2 rower i found hidden between some treadmills! (happy happy! joy joy!)
it would be really cool if there was a search engine specifically for the WOD's crossit has created.
for example you could type in "21 pullups" and any WOD that crossfit ever prescribed that had 21 pulls in it would pop up. from fran to chippers, from pyramids to circuits, etc.
or- inspirtation of idea- you could type in "concept 2 rower" and any WOD that ever used a rower would pop up.
not sure how easy this would be to implement or if anyone else thinks its worth the effort- but i sure think it would be a great tool.

Travis, the answer here is the answer to many things:
try entering this string in addition to your desired exercise:
site:http://www.crossfit.com/ -"discussion board"
You'll only get results from crossfit.com, but not the message board. The results will predominantly be comments on the WoD, or the WoD description itself.
Compare the results of these two searches [family/work safe... it's google for pete's sake!]:
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q=site%3Ahttp%3A%2F%2Fwww.crossfi t.com%2F +-%22discussion+board%22+thruster&btnG=Search
