I did the WOD on Monday and was loosening up today (wed.) when I tried doing some KPU's and after about 3, I got off and my muscles were in a moderate amount of pain. Muscles pretty much right where my armpits are. I'm assuming I strained/pulled the muscles because of such a dynamic repetitive movement right when my muscles were healing. When my arms are just resting at my sides or just typing, the pain is pretty much non-existent, but as my I lift my arms straight above my head, the pain becomes more gradual. Anything I should look for in particular, in terms of pain? I should just rest it for a couple days, correct? I'm just hoping the WOD's for the next couple days are mostly leg oriented.
