Have not done squats in couple years and have never done deadlift or shoulder press. Decided to just work these instead of a 1RM.
Warmup: to standard except 3x5 pullups instead of 3x10
shoulder press: 6x95,5x95,1x115,3x95
Deadlift: 5x135,5x155,4x175,5x135 Form probably sucked.
Rucked 35 minutes with 40lbs.
Back is kinda hurting after today.

Five rounds, each for time of:
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.
Thought this would be easy. I thought wrong.
8 real pull-ups, 12 assisted
25 real push-ups, 5 girl ups
5 real pull-ups, 5 assisted
19 real push-ups, 11 girlie
all assisted pull-ups
15 real push-ups, 15 wussy
Barely made it through 3rd round while cheating so I stopped there. I do all regular style pull-ups as these are the kind I will do in the army. Hopefully I will do much better next time.
Found out I was measuring BF wrong. Should be 16.5%

Deadlift 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps
Regular crossfit warmup
Did 5x135, 5x135 deadlift to warm up.
This is only my second time to ever do a deadlift and it is a pretty intimidating excersize. I think I can do more but will take it slow to avoid injury.

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Did 11 sets. Struggled on the pull-ups at about set 6 and split into 3 pull-ups rest 2 pull-ups from there.

This is for 2/27
30 Handstand push-ups
20 Handstand push-ups
10 Handstand push-ups
Pull-ups were broken into sets for the 2nd and third sets. I just did as many perfect form as I could for the last set and this was 5. All the hand-stand push-ups were with my feet against the wall. Did not time myself on this.
Ran 25 minutes at about 7:10 per mile later that day.
