OK this may have been covered before, but I couldn't find it on a thread search.
Noticed on "Diane" (25th June) Kelly noted that she resorted to touch'n'go deadlifts towards the end of her workout. I take it from that that the reps are not done touch'n'go style. So do you do rep, reset then go again?
Same for the other multi rep oly lifts??

I think Kelly and Lynne work paused DL's because of a powerlifting orientation and a desire to work dead starts. I think most folks touch-n-go, particularly if they have rubber plates.
