I did 20 minutes of pullups, "Box Jump-Cross Overs" I started with 7 min run and max pullups to get a buildup then with no rest in between stations. - clean pull ups, fast high jumps. mininum of 10 pull ups before going back to box jump cross overs. - could some body try this for me and advise me if its too easy. I completed 8 sets of pullups, 7 sets of box jumps- cross overs Total of 93 pullups, 140 jumps...

how high was the box.? did you jump sideways over the box or did you stand in front of it then jumped? is one box jump ( to you ) once over and then return or would that be two reps. each rep being one traverse over the box?
looks like a pretty impressive tally to me.. i couldn't do it in that 20 minute time frame.

the box was 18 inches. once over = one.
