I've been doing Crossfit since Feb. 3rd and I haven't missed a workout yet. Yesterday's WOD (400 m run - Front Squat x 15 - 30 situps) smoked me! I feel fine today, but I felt like my chest was going to explode at the gym. The combination of sprinting and then immediately front squating (with the weight on top of my heaving chest) was brutal. 2 hours later I could still feel it in my chest. I used only 135 lbs. rather than my bodyweight (165 lbs.), but it was all I needed. Great workout.
