Just did this one jesterday (Í'm a little behind:proud:). Did all reps as full squat cleans. Being a weightlifter and judoka I prefer technique and speed over power any day of the week, even if these are not my strong points.
Here is my workout ast 5'6", 162-5
135 for 10
155 for 7
175 for 5
195 for 3
freaking exausting, afterwards I did five more singles from the floor with 195 and stoped there.
The weigth was shooting up (thanks to Dan Johns advice in his last newsleter) but I started to catch the bar with terrrible form. Havent stoped hurting since I started crossfit last week.
I have two MA classes later today, wish me luck
