I'm by no means an expert but I see early arm bend. I'm sure others will have lots of other great advice.

Re: Missed Clean form check....

The 3 most critical problems with that lift:
Rounded back
Early arm bend
Failure to go down and get under the bar. (The pull was high enough)

Re: Missed Clean form check....

Early arm bend is gonna kill your lift by taking all the power out of the bar. Get low and receive the bar on your chest. Other than that, you can definitely get that weight.

Re: Missed Clean form check....

on top of everything that has been said:

hips shot up too fast. Bar and hips should rise at the same time, except you push your hips back as you get into that mid hang position.

The bar was definitely high enough, you just need to drop under it.

Re: Missed Clean form check....

Fixing the rounded back at the start should take care of 75% of that problem.

Thanks yall!! Tuesday I'll go to work on this. I felt like I should have had that lift. Only been doing these lifts for 3 weeks now, and I know I got a LONG ways to go.
