Dents in your bicep after hard workout?

Last Friday I lifted some heavy (for me) weights for the first time in four months, I used to lift weights but then I started doing body weight stuff.

Anyway, after I was done I noticed there was a little dent in the middle of my bicep. did this ever happen to any of you after a hard workout? The dent is filled in now and it didn't feel like the bicep teared or anything. I'm 6-4 and a half and only weigh 169 so I'm pretty skinney, I don't think most people would notice a den't in there bicep unless they're skinney or have low body fat.

Was I just seeing the muscle break down after a heavy workout, or could it be a sign of a bicep tear in the future?

If you had an injury... you'd know you had an injury. Pulling or tearing something there.

Random fluke probably
