Well, I did it

I did my first official Crossfit workout yesterday. I have to admit I was pretty nervous heading in to the affiliate, but everyone was very nice and supportive. I didn't get any less nervous when I saw the word "Tabata" on the board, but I made it through the workout and thought I did pretty well all things considered.

I liked it so much I'm going back today!

Congrats Wayne! You are going to love it. Remember how you feel now, and then in 90 days look back and see how far you have progressed. You will be amazed!

Re: Well, I did it

gotta love the koolaid! glad you took a sip. congrats.

michael's advice is really good. you should start a workout log so you can track your progress. you can start one on the message boards or a free blog. one of the best things about xfit is breaking your old personal records every few months. that positive feedback just adds more fuel to the fire.
