Hi everyone,

I'm an MMA fighter that used to do the WOD, and noticed good athletic improvements. I am returning from my crossfit hiatus and would like some feedback on how to incorporate the WOD into my MMA training. As of now my schedule looks like:

Monday: Wrestling then MMA Training
Tues: WOD
Wed: Boxing then MMA
Thurs: WOD
Friday: am: Wrestling or WOD pm: MMA
Saturday: MMA then WOD

Will 3-4 WOD sessions a week benefit me? Also, because of this limited number, should I select certain types of WOD's as opposed to others to get the best bang for my buck?!

Any help is greatly appreciated
