Just wanted to start this thread to let the CrossFit community know about the fantastic night we had on September 1st at the London seminar, and to thank those involved and those who attended

I would like to thank Steve Seapker, Andrew Stemler, Karl Steadman, and Peter Galloway.

I would also like to thank the guys from London Kettlebells, Ken and Steve.

Finally I would like to thank everyone who attended the seminar and whom I hope to meet at the next one.

It was every bit as great as I was expecting, and then some more!

If you get the opportunity to be trained by Steve; take it! He's a great coach and a cool guy. I learned a lot yesterday, I look forward to my legs reanimating so I can put it into practice.

Thanks to Andrew, Karl and Davie for organising the event! And to Steve for travelling to England and giving the seminar.

Hope to see you all again soon.

I had the opportunity to workout with Steve a few months ago...very down to earth, knowledgable and a nice guy...even with a Canuck-le head like me!

Good work Steve!

Took the lessons learned at the seminar to the gym today and got a 67.5kg snatch a +5kg pr!!

The main changes to my technique was using a slightly wider grip, a hook grip and getting the shrug really working. I felt a lot more stable recieving the bar as well. Thanks again Steve!
