Robert Wolf has directed many people to the "foundations" page in some really helpful posts. What is this? Thanks.

Jason,
On the Crossfit homepage, go to 'What Is Crossfit?' in the navigation bar. Click on that and the page you get taken to should contain a link on the right-hand side to download the 'Crossfit Foundations' as a PDF document. Its worth reading through - so is the nutrition stuff on the getting started pages (also off the main homepage). Hope that's what you were looking for. |
