Anybody in the AF follow Xfit on base?? i know alot of marines and people in the army who follow Xfits wod's but no one in the air force. is it a bit harder to follow in a different branch of the military?

Absolutely! I'm active duty AF and have been doing CF for about 16 months now and love it. I coach now and will def continue to do so as I PCS. they have CF gyms around the world (deployed location, Luke AFB, Langley AFB, Travis AFB, etc). I see and hear more and more on CF on base you just gotta find it.

What base you stationed at ?

Eglin AFB has a CF affiliate (Lightning Crossfit) and at Hurlburt Field there is a decent crossfit following as well.

It should be easier for an Air-man to do Xfit given all that extra free time they have from not fighting wars.......ziiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing.

I guess bigger difference for the US, we're a unified military, no separate branches, all same requirements throughout Army, RCN and RCAF.
