Two workouts, one day
What do people here think about splitting up CFSB/CFFB in to two workouts? The strength in the morning, and the metcon in the evening? What are some advantages and disadvantages of this schedule?

Re: Two workouts, one day
This is essentially what CF Endurance does. They want you to do the WOD in the morning, and the endurance portion at least 5 hrs later so that your body somewhat recovers.
If you can work it in your schedule like that, it sounds like a good idea. |

Re: Two workouts, one day
It would be fine. If anything, you'll have more intensity for both sessions.
That being said, it'll require better recovery. Eat well, sleep a lot, and take extra rest if you need it. Don't use this as a means to add more volume on top of CFF or CFSB. Both programs already have a very high volume of work, a level most of us need to ease into to not over-train. (I also occasionally do strength work in the am, and a metcon in the evening on some days. I love it) |

Re: Two workouts, one day
I don't think there are any disadvantages, except making the time for this schedule.
