I've tried sending a couple messages through the board and also emailing, but haven't gotten a response (hopefully that wasn't the response). I was wondering if I could get some contact information for you to pass on to my brother. He works with the Dekalb County Sheriff's Police as a dispatcher in Sycamore. I've been mentioning Crossfit to him and am hoping he will start. Whether or not he does is up to him, but meeting some other CFers might help out. I'll also tell him about the Chicago workout day coming up. There is a chance that I'll be back in the US then, so I might attend as well.

Zach, sorry...I didn't get the e-mail's. Hit me at lindenman1@aol.com, I'll check my spamed mail to make sure I get it. He could contact me at Illinois State Police, District Chicago (Zone 1). Ask for Master Sergeant Lindenman in Zone 1 and he should get through. I live about 20 - 30 minutes away from him and he's welcome to come to my house for an intoduction to Crossfit and a fun workout!
