Hi Guys,
I dislocated my shoulder in February and just had arthroscopic surgery wednesday reconnecting some tendons. Prior to this I had a foot injury and so have been missing crossfit for about 8 months. I am trying to get back into a routine. I was thinking of just getting on the exercise bike, and doing squats/lower body work. I saw some other threads suggesting one handed substitutions which I think I will do. Can anybody suggest any specifics for a daily training regimen not involving the right arm? I really am sick of being out of shape... |
