I tried these mixed veggie chips made by a local natural food market... there are no nutrition facts but the ingredients list says:
sweet potato, carrot, green beans, taro, non-hydrogenated canola oil, and sea salt I'm not sure if they're baked or fried, but I'm guessing they're baked. How "healthy" would you say these are? |

I've seen very similar chips at a couple places (Trader Joe's comes to mind). I think they're a step up from Lays' but still not that good. They are likely still high-GI (sweet potato as first ingredient) and contain canola oil which isn't the most natural of oils.
