Filthy Fifty First timer

Funny how last time this came up I managed to not do it, as I had just started crossfit and it scared me just a little.

Now, even though it should be a rest day, I am excited to try it! I can rest all weekend.

Cool how Crossfit does this. When I did isolation movements I had little or no 'natural' motivation to go to the gym.

By motivation for isolation, did you mean NO boosters? I'm still hooked on the stuff, it really does make me psycho to get into the gym. I ran out a few times and perhaps it was all psycological, but I really didn't want to go that day. Love the fact that NO doesn't make you crash afterwards either.
