hey guys

i would like to get more into o-lifting, so i was wondering if any of you could suggest a good routine or template for a beginner to follow.

Go to mikesgym.org and search around. Coach Burgener has plenty of templates on his site along with Awesome O-lift WODs that he posts everyday. Fantastic resource.

Probably an obvious step, but if you can find a qualified coach in your area, that'll be worth a million online videos.

Zach,

Go to www.mikesgym.org and click on training programs at the top of the page. The last program is workout 12 wk workout complete with last 4 wks peaking cycle. It comes in Excel so you can just download it and start plugging your numbers in.
