CF Ohio April Open House

Alright, kids, here it is...

The CFO Open House will be April 23 from 10-12 AM at our place. Everybody come, bring freinds. Plans are to - finally - do something outside. It'll be carry-and-drag day with a shuttle race using odd objects; rocks, sandbags, sled pull of some kind, etc. This time for sure!

10 - 11 will be orientation for new folks and general get together Hi-how-are-you. For those only interested in the WOD we'll do that about 11 probably at the field.

Big news! Garrick Sweet, a CrossFit'er from Dayton, Ohio, and some of the other folks from Rescue 1 of the Dayton FD may make it down. Haven't met them yet but they're a good bunch. They put out an oven fire for my wife a couple years back. Looking forward to having them.

If the weather's really awful we'll do something inside, but it's going to have to be really awful.
