I've used the same carb depletion diet for getting my weight down for BJJ (i cut down from a solid 180 to a ripped 145), can anybody give me specific information on what diet will work best for me......
I want to get really ripped, maintain my energy levels, avoid the tendonitis/joint pain that comes with losing weight, and keep as much of my strength as possible...... again, the more specific you can be the better... |

Bobby-
go to the "Foundations" page and scroll down to the diet section. Use the recomendations for how to calculate your Pro,Carb, Fat amounts. use this as a guide. Find the question I asked coach about caloric restriction about three months ago and read that. this will give you all the info you need to lean out, gain muscle...whatever you want. Read through the previous nutrition posts...lots of good info there as well. robb |
