need help with the paleo/zone diet.

Hi everyone, Im trying to stick to this diet but Im having trouble with the percentages. How does it break down (eg..%carbs, %protien, %fat)?
Is there a simple rule of thumb you can use. I have no problen sticking to a diet, but I dont want the diet to be as hard as the workout to follow. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Anders, First off, welcome aboard. Second, you'll be told this 100 times on the boards.. Use the SEARCH function. Your best bet is to search your questions. They have usually been asked over and over by fellow crossfitters.

You should try to familiarize yourself w/ the zone diet. I recommend reading crossfit journal 21 and picking up one of the zone books by Dr. Sears. You can find both using google. The journal is free and is an excellent resource for getting started w/ the zone diet.
