Starting For newcomers to the CrossFit methodology

Just getting started

Hey all, A friend and I have been doing crossfit for about 2 weeks now. I love it. I can't wait to work out now. We used to get bored doing a regular training. I have been triing to lose weight for some time and just couldn't get going on a good workout plan. With crossfit and eating right using the zone blocks as a guide the weight is falling off. Gone from 295 to 277 in a month and a half. I'm 6' 2 also.
We both hope to go to a cert 1 seminar as soon as we can get the money and find one close enough.

Welcome welcome!!! Positive mental attitude is more important than you will know, especially a month two or three from now
