They believed me totally and did not see them flex once more.
Ha ha, Genius! :stir: Might have to try that one at the uni gym sometime.

6 rounds + Change I did have to get from one side of the gym to the other to do pullups though I think part of me wanted to join in with the challange this week and a crap workout was just the excuse I needed

That moving round the gym gave you a needed rest I bet though, I just moved the bar and the KB to where the pull up bar was, re-arrange the globo time. Nice score on that Matt.

Not overly happy with this, wanted sub 5 or even something near my normal Fran pr of 4.17. The c2b's really ate the time up whereas the thrusters went really well, a short pause on the 15 set and that was it.

SS Shoulder Press

Going to hit my stubborn weak shoulder press with SS style 3 x 5 reps two times a week for a while. Been trying to improve both my SP and HSPU lately and realised that it would be better to pick one or the other. Gone for SP as it covers the whole range of motion. Starting light as with SS.

55K - 5/5/5 (move up to 57.5k)
Yo, throw in the odd close grip bench press as well, 3x heavy tens. We have found this helps not only the press but also hspu of our gang. Great c2b Fran mate.

Are you going to come to the CrossFit Velocity invitational in November, would be great to meet you bud.

Thanks for the tips on the close grip bench, only last week I hit them as my training partner suggested it, will definately stick some 10's in now.

My affiliate is sending a small party to the CF Velocity Invitational and I am definately up for it, already booked the Friday before off work, be great to meet up there Dominic.

Im telling you its strange, sometimes I dream random facts and the next day I am often not sure what happened and what did not. Had to look up and down your log to see if I dreamed it Sunday.

You seen the CF Velocity Invitational in Swansea, Keir at my affiliate got an email from them and we are going to give it a go.
