His rope climbing this year actually wasn't that great either (although he did know how to use his legs).

I'm surprised he dominated in the handstand walking too (won it overall). Threw the ball top 10 I think too

He was still using too much arms to pull up instead of using more legs

Just tuned into the live feed to hear the announcer say that the next event will be 6:40 (eastern time), 3:40 (pacific time). I believe it is the next team event, but he also said the rest of the events for the weekend will be held there so the track workouts are over.

Scoreboard is updated--Froning has a 55pt lead over Smith, and Clever has a 34pt lead over Annie T.

double killer cage per round? wow, thats a lot of monkeying around

very similar to the team chipper event

The women will definietly be limited by the 155x7 FS

Froning will dominate this workout too if he's any decent at cycling

all the questions are funny! bars that twist, movement of bars, variable distance etc, everyone was expecting some weird twist
