I'm currently experiencing a pain above my elbow, just behind it near the tricep. I've had tennis or golfer's elbow before, but this is above and just behind the elbow, in that little nook just above the interior side of the joint.

Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.

The major pain has gone away after a few days of rest, but it's still slightly lingering.

I'd be happy to give more information if it's needed.

Strained anconeus? Tricep trigger point? Rest, ice and massage should help. Glad it's feeling better.
