I have only recently started crossfit. I scaled this workout due to my shocking fitness as follows;

5 min row WU

then
11 burpees
11 box jumps
11 body rows on rings
11 tuck jumps
3 min row did these 5 times without rest.

This almost killed me!

Am I REALLY that unfit....?!

I managed to do 3 and a quarter rounds of this as RXed, and I was GASSED!!

Anyone else have similar results? If you don't want to post such embarassingly low scores, PM me? I'm really frustrated as to how difficult that was for me, so I could use the moral support.
